Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment across manufacturing lines. Candidates will troubleshoot electrical and control systems, interpret schematics, and support development projects.

The role emphasizes safety, quality compliance, and collaboration with manufacturing engineers. Training may be provided, with long-term opportunities in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in related engineering field preferred.
• 5-7 years experience; 3-5 years for associate position.
• Ability to read technical drawings/prints; analytical troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to ISO, GMP, safety, and quality requirements including QMS, EMS, FDA regulations and company procedures.
• Performs complex troubleshooting and repairs, including electrical and controls; may use CAD software.
• Modifies equipment to improve operation; collaborates with manufacturing engineers and may participate in other production and assembly duties.
• Leads mechanical maintenance including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, service and repairs to production equipment.
• Develops and executes testing methods; may write technical troubleshooting documentation for internal use.
• Assists manufacturing engineers in qualification, debugging and repair of equipment.
• Ensures functionality and operation of semi-automated systems; liaises with service contractors and vendors.
• Documents tasks and corrective actions in CMMS; communicates status of investigations to stakeholders.
