Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience maintaining conveyors, automation systems, and production equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and diagnostic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on semi-automated warehouse and production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyor, and basic control-system issues.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and repair documentation.
• Coordinate spare-parts, vendor, and contractor activities with Maintenance Management.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, installations, and continuous-improvement projects.
• Monitor and maintain spare-parts inventory; identify critical components and replenishment needs.
• Communicate equipment status, safety concerns, and repair priorities.
