Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Mechanical experience with electrical and combustion motors.
- Proficiency operating industrial equipment and understanding of equipment safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
- Certification in industrial maintenance or related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase systems.
- Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Work with PLC systems, motor controls, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Operate industrial equipment safely, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance tools.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as appropriate.
