Job summary

You will serve as a technical expert in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, mentoring teammates and driving reliability improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong PLC troubleshooting skills, and ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, ladder logic, and blueprints.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and machine controls.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment.
• Diagnose issues using PLCs, CNC controls, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Support installation, testing, and validation of new equipment.
• Maintain facility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, structural).
• Perform machine adjustments (sensors, interlocks, control systems).
• Document work and manage equipment history in CMMS.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, Arc Flash, and safety standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians.
• Support capital projects and cross-functional teams.

Position Summary

The Senior Maintenance Technician leads advanced maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient operations. This role serves as a technical expert in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, while mentoring team members and driving equipment reliability improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
• Diagnose issues using PLCs, CNC controls, schematics, and technical manuals
• Support installation, testing, and validation of new equipment
• Maintain facility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, structural)

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred

• CMMS experience
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge (5S, root cause analysis)
• Experience with equipment installation and capital projects

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in industrial environments, including climbing ladders and lifting equipment as needed.
