Circular Services in Frisco, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician C to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment, with minimal supervision. This senior role guides junior technicians and helps maximize equipment uptime.

The position requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with balers and conveyors, and a strong commitment to safety and OSHA standards.

Qualificações

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
Experience with balers, conveyors, and processing equipment preferred.

Able to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilidades

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and efficiency.
Diagnose, adjust, repair, or replace fixed and rolling stock equipment including balers, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, shafts, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics and manuals.
Provide training and technical support to junior technicians.
Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
Ensure a clean, safe work area per OSHA standards.
Assist in facility improvement projects and installations as needed.
Work nights and weekends as required to support operations.
