Job summary

Circular Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician B for night shift in Frisco, TX. You will maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds, developing programs to extend life and ensure safe operations.

The role reports to the Plant Maintenance Technician B and includes budget responsibilities and cross-training opportunities. The position requires strong safety focus, ability to read work orders, and teamwork across maintenance and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Initiates requisition for maintenance and repair supplies in sufficient quantity to meet needs of production, building maintenance equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Perform building and equipment repairs throughout the building according to submitted work orders.
• Develop and maintain programs through preventative maintenance that extend equipment and building life and reliability as well as assure safe operations at every level.
• Uses the Circular Services Preventive Maintenance System to manage the periodic maintenance of buildings, equipment, and grounds of the facility.
• Inspects plant machinery and equipment; repairs, maintains, and services all equipment per SOPs and policies.
• Implements safety policies and practices for all work activities and ensures compliance by staff, vendors, and visitors.
• Completes all mandatory training activities for safety and operational training.
• Help procure plant supplies and replacement equipment, manage vendors, and assist with annual budget.
• Screening and selection of maintenance materials and supplies.
• Research pricing of equipment and supplies to identify superior pricing.
• Prioritizes work orders for completion efficiently.
• Assists work orders for outside contractors.
• Conducts routine testing of equipment and inspection of the warehouse.
• Cross-trains in other areas and assists as needed.
