Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in Arkansas is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform expert break-fix and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. You will diagnose root causes, dismantle devices, replace parts, and test performance while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree with technical focus plus 5+ years experience, or 7 years in industry.
• Experience with predictive technologies and precision alignments.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; can analyze and repair.
• Able to use basic and specialized maintenance tools.
• Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and source parts and repair items; evaluate cost/reliability options.
• Independently perform maintenance per industry standards.
• Assist Planner Scheduler to optimize preventive procedures.
• Operate machining operations and welding tasks as needed.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Drive CI activities to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Mentor lower level technicians and support project trainings.
• Troubleshoot complex control systems and analyze maintenance data.
• Update CMMS records and review history.
• Complete on-the-job training and self-study for career development.
• Travel may be required.
