Job summary

FPC National seeks an experienced Industrial Hygienist to lead corporate and site IH programs across our manufacturing footprint. You will identify, evaluate, and control exposures to chemical, physical, and ergonomic hazards while ensuring OSHA, EPA, and state compliance.

You will serve as the SME for exposure management, IH monitoring, risk assessments, and employee health protection programs, partnering with EHS, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership to keep our workplaces safe, healthy,

Qualifications

• Requires CIH certification and 10+ years of IH experience in chemical/manufacturing.
• Strong OSHA regulatory knowledge and exposure assessment experience.
• Experience with multi-site operations and contractor health programs.
• Proficiency in data interpretation of exposure monitoring results.

Responsibilities

• Lead IH programs across manufacturing sites and corporate level.
• Develop and improve IH and health protection policies and procedures.
• Provide technical expertise on exposure assessment and controls.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits as liaison.
• Perform air, chemical, noise, and ventilation evaluations.
• Partner with EHS, Operations, and Engineering to drive safety improvements.
