Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Manager, Industrial Hygiene (IH) to lead IH programs at Raynham, MA or Warsaw, IN. The role protects employee health by identifying and controlling workplace hazards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous IH improvements across the network.

The candidate will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Facilities to embed IH controls into processes and change management, while coaching IH/EHS teams and leading audits and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or EHS.

Responsibilities

• Lead IH programs including exposure assessment, hazard evaluation, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with IH/EHS regulations (OSHA, ACGIH) and DePuy Synthes standards.
• Act as site/regional IH SME guiding EHS partners, operations and leadership.
• Lead IH risk assessments for chemicals, particulates, noise, ergonomics and exposures.
• Develop IH monitoring programs, data analysis and reporting for decision making.
