Job summary

DePuy Synthes seeks a Senior Manager of Industrial Hygiene to lead IH programs at Raynham, MA, or Warsaw, IN. You will drive exposure assessment, monitoring, and risk mitigation while ensuring regulatory compliance and partner collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D.

You will serve as IH SME, lead audits, and mentor IH/EHS professionals. Strong CIH or related credentials are preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

8–10 years of IH/EHS experience in regulated manufacturing or life sciences.
Expertise in IH exposure assessment, monitoring methods and control strategies.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and ACGIH regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IH programs.
Ensure compliance with IH, EHS, and occupational health regulations (OSHA, ACGIH).
Serve as site and regional IH SME for guidance to EHS partners and leadership.
Lead IH risk assessments for chemicals, particulates, noise, and ergonomics.
Develop IH monitoring programs, data analysis, and reporting for decisions.
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Facilities to embed IH controls.
Lead IH audits, inspections, and investigations with CAPAs.
Coach and develop IH/EHS team members.
