Responsibilities include managing HVAC teams, ensuring compliance with production and safety standards, and coordinating maintenance. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with industrial HVAC systems in manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of AHUs, DHUs, and factory air conditioning systems.
• Practical background developed through field or technical roles.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and HVAC drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and maintenance of industrial HVAC systems.
• Manage mechanical systems related to HVAC, including piping and ductwork.
• Lead and develop a growing HVAC team.
• Ensure HVAC systems meet production and safety requirements.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

Skills

Hands-on experience with industrial HVAC systems

Strong knowledge of AHUs and DHUs

Experience with mechanical systems maintenance

Ability to read mechanical drawings

Experience leading technical staff
