Rogers Machinery Company, Inc. is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to repair industrial machinery including air compressors, pumps, and dryers. You will read blueprints, diagnose issues, and perform hands-on repairs at customer sites across the Medford area.

The role requires 2+ years of compressor maintenance or 5+ years general mechanical experience, plus a valid driver’s license. On-call duties and occasional travel are included with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of compressor maintenance and troubleshooting experience or 5+ years of general mechanical experience.
• Specialized Training: Mechanics, Refrigeration, Electrical Circuitry
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow sketches, schematics, blueprints, manufacturer’s specifications, and maintenance manuals to determine troubleshooting procedures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs using system troubleshooting methods and diagnostic tools.
• Interpret readings on gauges, indicators, and dials; visually inspect and listen to machines to locate malfunctions.
