Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Industrial Engineering Operations Senior Consultant to join the Performance Improvement group within Advisory. You will observe shop-floor and back-office processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements in manufacturing operations.

You’ll develop KPIs, manage continuous improvement initiatives, deliver client training, and lead teams to achieve measurable results, with heavy travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing operations and/or consulting.
• Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% (Sunday evening to Thursday evening).
• Advanced degree (MBA or related) and prior consulting experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operations observations on the shop floor and back office to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deploy KPIs and operating systems to measure and improve performance.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and project teams.
• Deliver training, coach client staff, and mentor teams.
• Execute portions of the scope on time and within budget; ensure deliverables.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and performance improvement tools to drive productivity.
