Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead workflow automation and digitalization across a global, remote team. You will analyze processes, design RPA solutions, and drive integration of AI, ML, and IoT to improve efficiency and scalability.

About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking technology solutions provider with a global presence, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Industrial Engineer to spearhead workflow automation and digitalization initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and their application in business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience in change management and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to automation (e.g., Python, C#) is a strong asset.
