You will lead senior Python workstreams, manage Node.js and Selenium pipelines, coordinate releases with remote teams, and help reduce technical debt through Jenkins rewrites.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong code-review culture.
• Own the senior Python workstream that unblocks Arlington, VA roadmap.
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Arlington, VA and remote teams.
• Keep the Node.js build pipeline green so deployments never wait on a red light.
• Wrangle Selenium config across environments so Arlington staging mirrors production.
