This role combines hands‑on engineering expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring that operations run efficiently, safely, and at scale. The ideal candidate should bring strong technical capability, design and optimize facility layouts to maximize space utilization, streamline material flow, and support scalable production, and the ability to guide teams through continuous improvement initiatives.
