Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and implement techniques and equipment of simple to moderate complexity to maximize operational efficiency.
• Plan and design systems that increase productivity by integrating people, materials, systems, equipment, and finance.
• Recommend more efficient and safer manufacturing processes with machinery, equipment, or systems.
• Implement changes to work methods, materials, machinery, manpower allocation, and safety measures.
• Oversee work standards, schedules, procedures, and performance standards to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
