DR Power LLP is hiring a Senior Industrial Engineer specialized in Material Flow Design and Optimization in Waukesha, WI. This role focuses on point of use material flow strategy, ensuring materials are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• 5 years related experience in the Engineering function within a similar working environment.
• Experience implementing Lean principles and material handling systems.
• Ability to optimize production layouts for efficient material movement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of PFEP databases for complex manufacturing operations.
• Design and optimize end-to-end material flow processes from receiving to line-side delivery.
• Implement or enhance PFEP using ERP/MRP systems.
