Job summary
SAF-HOLLAND is seeking an experienced Advanced Industrial Engineer to provide regional manufacturing operations support across the Americas from Rowlett, TX. You will lead initiatives focused on plant layout optimization, material flow, labor standards, capacity planning, and manufacturing readiness to enable product launches and expansion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with plant layout, material flow, labor standards, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, product launches, and project management.
- Proficiency with SAP routings or manufacturing systems and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Improve plant layouts, workstation design, production flow, material movement, labor utilization, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and maintain labor standards, time studies, staffing plans, routing assumptions, capacity models, and productivity metrics.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery performance, productivity, and cost.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles, process mapping, line balancing, and waste reduction methodologies.
