The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in industrial environments, PMP and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and proficiency with MS Project, ERP systems, and blueprint reading. Leadership and mentorship abilities are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• PMP and Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and change management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Develop scopes, timelines, and resources while tracking budgets and milestones.
• Process & Equipment Design: Design and validate new production equipment and layouts.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate between Engineering, EHS, Quality, Operations and shop floor.
• Technical Oversight: Review drawings, specifications, and validation protocols; run capacity models.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean/Six Sigma to remove bottlenecks and reduce downtime.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
