Job summary

Google's Raxium display group operates a state-of-the-art compound semiconductor fab in Silicon Valley, delivering advanced display technology for AR and other products. You will own the Fab's Master Production Plan, aligning demand signals with capacity and cycle-time models to optimize material flow and WIP management.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in semiconductor demand and production planning, with experience in MES systems and data-driven dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in demand planning, supply planning, or operational planning in a semiconductor fab environment.
• Experience in advanced demand forecasting methodologies, MRP, and production planning.
• Experience in MES and fab reporting systems (e.g., FabTime).

Responsibilities

• Architect, document, and own the Fab's Master Production Plan (MPP) integrating demand, capacity, cycle time models, and material availability.
• Translate the MPP into the weekly/daily start signal for material flow and WIP management across fab operations.
• Establish and enforce Fab planning factors including capacity, cycle time, and yield models based on current data.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to design, build, and deploy scalable planning tools and dashboards.
