Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial engineering or manufacturing experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong experience in structured problem solving (Six Sigma, RCCA, etc.).
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale manufacturing processes across additive, machining, and post-processing.
• Lead process industrialization efforts for new products.
• Drive root cause corrective action (RCCA) for production issues.
• Develop and implement process controls and work instructions.
