Job summary

Meteor Sealing Systems LLC is seeking an Industrial Electrician in Ohio to lead a maintenance team, troubleshoot electrical systems, and support manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

You will interpret schematics, coordinate with engineering and production, and maintain CMMS records while driving reliability and uptime across production lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years as an industrial electrician in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficiency with PLCs and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety protocols.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical manuals.
• Accredited apprenticeship preferred; journeyman/master license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate with engineering/production.
• Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to diagnose issues.
• Maintain CMMS records and manage parts inventory.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs and upgrades.
• Support TPM program and safety committees.
