Dawn-Staffing-Solutions-Inc. is seeking an Industrial Electrician for a manufacturing facility in Dundee, MI.
The position offers a continental shift with pay ranging from $42 to $44 per hour, emphasizing safety and reliable operation of industrial electrical systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels, read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and support upgrades in a fast-paced production environment while complying with OSHA and NFPA
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 3–6 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Journeyman-level electrical certification/training preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, motors, drives, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment preferred.
Responsabilités
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
- Install and service wiring, motors, control panels, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure OSHA, NFPA and company safety procedures are followed.
