Owen Electric, a leader in electrical solutions for manufacturing construction, seeks an experienced Industrial Electrical Superintendent in Titusville, FL. You will oversee on-site electrical operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedules, and budgets are met.

Applicants should have 5+ years in industrial construction, strong blueprint reading and leadership skills, and be willing to travel. OSHA certification and valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electrical superintendent or similar in industrial/manufacturing construction.
• Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site electrical activities for manufacturing projects.
• Lead crews and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Read blueprints and specs to guide installs and ensure code compliance.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report to management.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and materials to prevent delays.
• Provide training and mentorship to the team.
