Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on new construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and construction standards.
• Proven management skills for field crews on commercial and federal projects.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site electrical field crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower needs, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and safety regulations.
• Work closely with Project Managers and General Contractors.
• Provide daily/weekly progress reports and quality control inspections.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.
