Job summary

EXCEL Group is seeking a skilled Industrial E&I General Foreman to supervise installations and ensure work aligns with project specifications and company standards. You will coordinate with general contractors and customers, manage on-site crews, and maintain safety and productivity on industrial projects.

The role requires a background in electrical supervision, strong NEC knowledge, and the ability to read schematics while overseeing procurement and scheduling across multiple phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising journeyman electrical work on multi-size crews.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug test.
• Professional demeanor and proactive task ownership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installations and enforce company standards and specs.
• Develop short- and long-term site schedules with staff and customers.
• Allocate tasks to crew and track labor against budget.
• Procure materials and manage on-site procurement activities.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with all parties.
• Read schematics/blueprints and use appropriate trade tools.
