Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Senior Industrial Design Product Manager to drive processes for the Industrial Design team and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Hardware PMs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role requires travel up to 25% and U.S. person eligibility due to export-controlled facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management or producer experience for industrial design teams.
• Experience with engineering teams and hardware product development required.
• Deep understanding of standard production processes and file types in print and digital assets.
• Experience with creative teams and clients in a studio or agency environment preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable are a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Reliable self-starter, highly organized with attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and travel ~25% of the time.
• Must work on-site at HQ and be a U.S. Person due to export controlled access.

• Prioritize incoming requests on the Industrial Design team, support discovery and develop project goals.

• Source and lead vendor management.
• Coordinate asset delivery internally and externally for stakeholders.

As a Design Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving collaborative and effective processes for the Industrial Design team. The ideal candidate will have incredible attention to detail, is highly organized, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do

• Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including PowerPoint, Outlook
• Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable are a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• A reliable self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail
• A team player who is highly collaborative with the ability to handle complex projects
• Must be able to carry and lift loads up to 50lbs
• Must be willing to travel 25% of the time
• Must work on-site at HQ
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

US Salary Range

$142,000-$188,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
