Job summary

VCNA seeks a Senior Corporate Project Manager to lead large-scale capital projects within our cement operations from concept through turnover to Operations. You will collaborate with Operations, engineering partners, and suppliers to define scope, budget, and execution strategy, ensuring safety, schedule, and cost are managed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate has mechanical engineering background with extensive project management experience in heavy industrial settings and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience managing capital projects in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover.
• Strong knowledge of project controls including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects through full lifecycle from concept to turnover to Operations.
• Define project scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy with stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external engineering resources across conceptual to final design.
• Develop and manage execution plans, budgets, cost controls, forecasts, and risk.
