Qualifications

• Lead and execute industrial boiler projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Oversee safety programs and enforce strict adherence to regulations and best practices.
• Drive technical excellence and mentoring to develop future field leaders.

Skills

Construction experience in industrial or power generation environments

Experience in a Construction Manager or Superintendent role

Direct hands-on experience with industrial boiler construction

Project management of large-scale projects ($10M–$100M+)

Technical knowledge of boiler erection sequencing

Expertise in work planning, labor loading, and cost tracking

Deep safety leadership experience
