Job summary

DECCO Postharvest in Visalia, CA seeks an experienced Industrial Technology Manager to lead the Industrial Technology team, delivering safe, efficient automation projects and technology implementations for customers and field personnel.

You will guide PLC/HMI activities, coordinate budgets, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with the Digital Solutions team to deploy connected technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial automation, controls, electromechanical systems, or related field.
• Experience leading projects, coordinating field activities, or supervising technical teams.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology team, supervise personnel, and drive performance improvements.
• Direct project coordination including scheduling, labor planning, and budgets.
• Oversee equipment installation, startups, commissioning, and commissioning support.
• Coordinate control panel fabrication, procurement, and material readiness.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions and provide customer technical support.
