Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize industrial control systems.
• Lead PLC, HMI, and automation projects from concept through commissioning.
• Troubleshoot complex controls and electrical system issues to minimize downtime.
• Integrate sensors, drives, robotics, and machine controls into manufacturing equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
• Ensure controls architectures comply with safety and cybersecurity standards.
• Support capital projects with technical requirements, equipment specs, and cost estimates.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers across teams.
