Job summary
Potters Industries LLC is seeking an Automation & Controls Engineer to provide hands-on automation support across North American manufacturing facilities. You will serve as the primary technical resource for PLC, HMI, industrial networking, and control systems, with a high degree of autonomy to drive standardization and equipment reliability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting Allen‑Bradley PLCs.
- Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk View Studio ME/SE and PanelView.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on automation and controls support across NA facilities, remotely or on-site.
- Commission, program, modify, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and PanelView terminals.
- Develop and support FactoryTalk View ME/SE applications and HMI development.
- Diagnose I/O, wiring, instrumentation, and communications issues across control systems.
- Lead automation projects, support startups, and participate in FAT/SAT activities.
- Document changes and establish hardware/software standards across facilities.
