Job summary

Oxford Tax Recruiting is representing a large distribution and manufacturing company seeking a Senior Indirect Tax Manager to lead a team of indirect tax professionals, overseeing compliance, research, planning, and audit management. You will own the indirect tax strategy, drive automation, and collaborate with Finance and IT to modernize systems and workflows.

The role emphasizes leadership over coordination, requiring strong people development and execution of complex tax strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years indirect tax experience (progressive roles).
• 3–5 years leading teams in tax.
• Deep knowledge of tax engines, ERP systems, and data automation.
• SOX and tax research platform experience a plus.

This Senior Indirect Tax Manager will oversee a group of indirect tax professionals responsible for compliance, research and planning and audit management.
