Job summary

Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking a Senior Category Manager - Indirect to lead the indirect procurement function across locations and partner with internal teams to drive sourcing strategies. You will manage supplier relationships to achieve cost savings and strong performance while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic procurement, experience with Ariba/SAP, and the ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in strategic procurement and business operations.
• Experience in building products/manufacturing is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect procurement activities across all Malarkey locations and categories.
• Analyze markets, supplier trends, and conditions to inform sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier performance and qualifications to optimize the supply base.
• Collaborate with Amrize and other businesses to maximize leverage.
• Support budget development and communicate insights to stakeholders.
