LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist in Procurement to manage indirect procurement activities, with a primary focus on construction, plant expansion, maintenance, equipment, MRO, and other production-supporting goods and services.

The role leads sourcing, supplier selection, cost analysis, contract negotiation, and procurement execution to optimize investment efficiency and strengthen the Company’s cost competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, including construction-related procurement.
• Experience with global sourcing, supplier contracts, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for plant expansion, construction, maintenance, equipment, MRO, and indirect materials/services.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified domestic/global suppliers.
• Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and cost-reduction activities.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and contractors on pricing, terms, and schedules.
• Lead contract negotiation/execution for MEPA, EPC, and major procurement agreements.
• Create, issue, and track purchase orders through completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify purchasing requirements and provide procurement support.
