Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Senior Manager for Cyber Security Operations to lead monitoring, incident response, and threat-hunting efforts. You will guide a team of managers, align security programs with regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement in DTCC's security posture.

As a senior member of the CSO, you will coordinate with the CISO and executive leadership, manage crises, and participate in after-hours incident handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Monitoring & Incident Response, Threat Hunt, and Insider Threat teams.
• Provide strategic leadership and develop first-line managers to carry out directives.
• Respond to cyber threats outside of normal work hours when needed.
• Collaborate with the CISO and senior leadership during crises to inform key decisions and run security response activities.
• Travel to conferences, training, and other DTCC offices up to 30%.
