What you will bring

• Take ownership of enhancing our security posture and protecting MDLZ infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams at MDLZ within the CISO, CTO, and broader business to respond to complex cybersecurity issues
• Communicate necessary details effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Coordinate with relevant incident management teams during incidents
• Maintain a passion and drive for continuous learning and skill enhancement
• Coach and mentor analysts to promote professional growth
• Provide technical training sessions to other MDLZ Global teams
• Respond promptly to security incidents, following established incident response procedures
• Document and track incidents, providing updates to relevant stakeholders
• Review and refine incident management procedures
• Develop technical documentation and SOPs to explain complex cybersecurity issues to a broad audience

What you need to know about this position:

• Global Cybersecurity Incident Response Team with a rotational on-call schedule
• Monitor computer networks for security issues
• Perform Threat Analysis on events reported by Security Tools
• Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents
• Conduct lessons learned and alert reviews
• Provide status reports and relevant metrics to stakeholders
• Participate in special projects as needed

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GCIH, CISSP

Job specific requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, SOC, or a related field
• Knowledge and experience with:
• SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Humio)
• SOAR (e.g., Cyware, Phantom)
• Endpoint Security (EDR) (e.g., CarbonBlack, Crowdstrike)

Approximately 0-5%

Work schedule:

Standard 40-hour workweek, on-call position, not eligible for overtime

Compensation:

The salary range is $117,400 to $161,425, depending on experience, skills, and education. The role includes participation in a competitive bonus program and benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and more. Many benefits are subsidized or fully paid.

No relocation support available.
