Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced IT operations leader to drive end-to-end incident management across enterprise systems. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders during Sev-1/Sev-2 incidents and oversee real-time response and COOP activations.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate ServiceNow records, leading post-incident RCA, and delivering clear executive updates. A 10+ year track record in incident management and IT operations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 10+ years of IT operations or incident management experience with demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incident management across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate incident bridge calls with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage real-time incident response and COOP activation when needed.
• Maintain incident records in ServiceNow with updates and communications logs.
• Provide timely updates to leadership, customers, and users during incidents.
• Conduct post-incident RCA and drive corrective actions.
