Position Overview

This position is based on our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

Support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Manage complex litigation, counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other risk areas, handle and win multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Responsibilities will grow rapidly with experience.

Requirements

• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• Eye for detail, creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
