Requirements and qualifications

• Experience counseling for risk mitigation, drafting motions, briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.

• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Must relocate to the Madison, WI area; relocation will be reimbursed.
