The position requires a Kentucky Bar admission, 7+ years of practice, and strong management skills to supervise staff and direct complex legal services and litigation projects for the Court of Justice statewide.

• Planning and directing provision of legal services to the Court of Justice and officials.

• Provides direct supervision to assigned staff; plans, assigns, and reviews work; provides guidance and feedback; evaluates employee performance.
• Oversees day-to-day operations and directs programs and staff of the Office of General Counsel, Legal Services Division, Legal Forms Unit, and State Law Library.
• Plans, prioritizes, directs, and evaluates the provision of legal services to the Administrative Office of the Courts and officials.
