  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Advanced expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Strong working knowledge of product data feed formats and FTP protocols.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic clients.
  • Develop and execute complex implementation plans, ensuring seamless transitions to delivery and support teams.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for advanced issues, including API integrations and product data feeds.
  • Mentor and coach junior Client Success Engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Develop technical enablement resources to support onboarding and client education at scale.
