Job description

On-Demand Group is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a workstream for a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation effort. This is a 12+ month, remote engagement.

Requirements Include

• Previous experience leading CRM or ERP implementation efforts, Salesforce is ideal
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective project management plans
• Project Management within a field service/customer focused field within manufacturing
• Effective communication skills using the ability to tell and adapt the story to get buy-in from entry level to executive employees
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate group collaboration that drives team engagement
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional groups to produce business process map and drive gap analysis to implement future stat
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Qualified candidates must live in the Eastern or Central Timezone

The projected rate range for this position is $65 to $75/hour.
