About the Role

Location: Remote (EST Preferred)

Role Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: Sr. Director of Programs and Community Engagement

Compensation: $110,000 - 150,000 per year

CodePath is at an inflection point as we launch our 5-year strategic plan to scale our organization in its next phase of exponential growth in order to increase our impact from 20,000 students to 100,000 students served annually.

To help accomplish this scale, we are hiring a Senior Program Implementation Manager to lead Codepath’s for-credit course implementation with university partner institutions in key regions as part of CodePath’s programmatic and innovative approach to technical education and career readiness.

As a key leader on the CodePath Local team, you will drive the integration of our curriculum into university systems and oversee a high-performing team delivering programs across multiple campuses. You’ll need a strategic mindset, deep insight into higher ed systems, and the leadership skills to drive impactful initiatives while nurturing team growth. You will work closely with university leaders, cross-functional teams, and industry partners to align CodePath courses with student academic pathways and institutional goals.

With a concentrated focus on delivering high quality university and student experience, you’ll drive impact through operational excellence, data-informed decision-making, and motivating your team to achieve measurable outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale the nation’s leading on-campus, cohort-based technical education program.

Key Activities

Strategic Integration & Partnerships

Collaborate with university stakeholders to align CodePath courses with academic standards and student pathways

Lead course mapping with university faculty and staff to determine course placement credit hour designation

Oversee the creation and adaptation of course materials to meet both program and institutional requirements

Demonstrate program value and effectiveness to build long-term partnerships with universities and external partners

Promote program impact by highlighting institutional achievements, student success, and industry collaboration

Identify opportunities to expand the program to new cohorts, delivery models, and campuses

Act as the liaison between university professors and the CodePath curriculum team to ensure university requirements are documented and implemented in a timely manner

Program Delivery & Operations

Work with the Programs team to streamline admissions and onboarding processes for students and faculty

Lead a team delivering multiple course launches, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with strategic goals

Proactively address operational challenges, resource constraints, and obstacles to program success

Continuous Improvement & Instructional Staff Support

Monitor student outcomes and analyze performance data to identify instructional and support needs

Drive continuous improvement through regular evaluation, stakeholder feedback, and data-informed changes

Design systems to support and retain instructional staff, ensuring high engagement and preparedness across program cycles

Key Success Metrics

Drive measurable outcomes, delivering high quality student and faculty engagement and sentiment achieving an average student and faculty NPS score of 75 or higher while ensuring a 90% or higher course completion rate

Sustain 90% or higher return rate of Instructors and Tech Fellows

Build and retain a high-performing, mission-driven team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education, computer science, or a related field

Strong technical knowledge of CS fundamentals demonstrated through work experience, projects, or education

5+ years of curriculum development or instructional design experience

Skilled in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, with a track record of setting clear goals, tracking progress, and delivering results on time

Effective people leader with a collaborative approach to team building, mentorship, and accountability

Proven ability to build relationships and understand the needs of both students and faculty

Skilled in structuring curriculum, defining learning objectives, and sequencing instructional materials

Proficiency with programming tools/frameworks and LMS platforms

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a Senior Manager level position at an annual salary of $110,000 to $150,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
