Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Sr. Implementation Associate II to join the Sales Enablement & Implementation team in the US.

You will lead the onboarding of complex Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and Defined Contribution Lifetime Income (DCLI) transactions from sale to onboarding and transition to Pacific Life platforms. You will partner with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to drive strategic initiatives, own key processes, and improve client experiences while supporting growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in retirement services or related field.
• Experience managing complex client implementations and onboarding projects.
• Experience with Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution Lifetime Income (DCLI).
• Strong relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for complex PRT and DCLI transactions and manage transition to Pacific Life platforms.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for plan sponsors, consultants, prior recordkeepers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Own and improve SE&I processes with best practices, controls, service standards, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve implementation capabilities, efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across Sales, Pricing, Operations, Compliance, and Technology.
