Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Senior Onboarding Lead to manage the end-to-end onboarding of Banks, Trust Departments, and RIAs onto the FIWMS platform. You will drive mid- to large-scale implementations, coordinate across teams, own the lifecycle, and ensure smooth asset transfers and client experiences.

A focus on relationship management, project leadership, and adherence to Fidelity policies will be essential.

Qualifications

• Series 7 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance (Advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of financial services experience, ideally within institutional or high-net-worth client management or relationship-driven roles.
• Deep knowledge of Fidelity’s business segments, financial markets, and the competitive landscape.
• Experience with a wide spectrum of investment solutions, products, and services offered to Fidelity clients.
• Familiarity with Trust Accounting Systems, and the Fidelity brokerage platform.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex relationships and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management capabilities and a proven ability to execute against deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of Fidelity brokerage policies, systems (FBSI, XTRAC), and tools (Excel).
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of Banks, Trust Departments, and RIAs onto FIWMS platform.
• Drive mid- to large-scale implementation projects with stakeholder coordination.
• Own the implementation lifecycle and client relationships with minimal oversight.
• Design and execute asset-conversion plans and define effective conversion paths.
• Lead client experience from start to finish and set clear expectations.
• Coordinate across FIWMS teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide hands-on support for account setup, asset transfers, maintenance, and escalation.
• Evaluate client operating models to align with FIWMS policies and propose enhancements.
• Lead projects with varying complexity, including onsite support for breakaways and conversions.
