Job summary

R1 is seeking a Senior Manager, PhareOS Implementation to lead client installations of PhareOS, guiding health systems from scoping to go-live while coordinating with product, engineering and data teams. You will manage multiple implementations and build trusted relationships with IT leadership to drive successful go-lives.

You will shape deployment playbooks, ensure data onboarding quality, and balance client-facing work with internal coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading multi-workstream healthcare technology implementations with complex data integrations.
• Experience managing executive-level relationships within health systems.
• Experience with healthcare data and revenue cycle workflows.
• Technical depth to oversee data integrations and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across executives and teams.
• PM knowledge with preferred PMP or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple PhareOS implementations from kickoff through go-live, coordinating cross-team plans.
• Maintain relationships with client IT leadership and align product, engineering and data teams.
• Run project meetings, clarify responsibilities, and escalate as needed.
• Oversee data onboarding and ensure timely data landing with delivery teams.
• Identify risks early and mobilize resources to mitigate them.
• Shape deployment best practices and codify repeatable playbooks.
• Balance client-facing work with internal coordination.
