CityFibre provides wholesale connectivity to multiple business and consumer service providers, local authorities and mobile operators.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and nurturinga regional team to deliver network services efficiently, while supporting their growth and development
• Designing and refiningprocesses for network installations, upgrades, and migrations to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
• Collaborating closelywith engineers and partners to integrate new technologies and maintain high standards across deployments
• Driving continuous improvementby enhancing deployment workflows with a focus on data accuracy, automation, and quality
• Providing expert guidanceand acting as a go-to resource for colleagues, helping shape a supportive and high-performing team culture
