Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Paralegal in an immigration law office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration-related documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Manage client cases, including preparing case files, monitoring case status, and updating clients on progress
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs and memoranda on immigration-related issues
• Assist with client communications and document requests, drafting correspondence and preparing legal forms
• Maintain accurate and complete case files, ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and other law firms as needed
• Assist with the department's calendar, including scheduling appointments and court appearances
